It's been a while..

Yeah, I know, I dropped off the face of the earth for months, lol. A couple of you know why- I moved to Michigan.

Finally getting to the point of settled in enough to start scouting my area for spooky. Interestingly my own property has a history that I'm slowly learning about. Haven't found a sister cemetery for BG yet, the most local one is very well kept. But I'm sure floating around here there's a place that needs help just like BG does.

I miss BG and all of the good people I get to hang out with on cleanups. I keep hoping to be able to go to another one but life keeps getting in the way, mostly due to it being a kids weekend and I can't have the car in Chitown when it's needed to get them home. Or storm cleanups- dang we've had fallen trees here that take a while to deal with. I don't know how likely it is that there will be more cleanups this year, but lol, if there's a halloween one I will have to miss it.
Hopefully next year I will be able to get out there again. In the meantime, I will try to keep keeping up with BG action.

And speaking of keeping up... recently a friend of mine shared an article about some Chicago haunts, and no surprise BG was listed. What did surprise me was a mention of a two headed monster lurking there. I hadn't ever heard of a two headed monster before, has anyone else?

Hey Beth yes we sure do miss you a lot. We all understand your situation and always wish the best for you. We do hope next year maybe you can come for a visit to a cleanup your humor is greatly missed. Now if you can make one next year I feel a good old fasioned BBQ will be in order and i`m sure Pete will agree. Take care

Nice to know I'm missed too... Now if only a cleanup happened on a non-holiday and a non-boys weekend... Yeppers, I would come out.
Between moving and the timing, my luck has been miserable, lol.

But I'm still thinking about BG and still scanning about to see if there is a decently local sister cemetery on this side of the lake. Maybe someday the preservation of haunts will be more widely accepted than the hunting of haunts.
