Glowing Yellow man?
« on: February 14, 2010, 03:58:39 AM »
Ok, so I was looking at random ghost photos today online, and of course, one of the popular ones was the "madonna of BG" pic. Under the caption was a blurb about the pic, and other hauntings included monks (heard of that one) and a glowing yellow man...
Anyone know what the glowing yellow man is supposed to be about?

The yellow glowing man is supposed to be a ghost in a "yellow suit." Some report that it just simply appears and then leaves in a "sparkling" manner. In one account a tree was shaking when it left. Other reports simply state a human form in yellow.

I just discovered another variation of the story this year that I'm looking into and it has similarities to my own possible sighting of this figure. There was a time I was taking general scenic photographs of the cemetery. Just as I was about to press the button I knew for certain that "someone" or "something of human form" simply appeared next to the large Fulton monument. Since I was fortunate enough to be pressing the button during this exact moment I was able to capture whatever it was. Looking on the view finder I saw what appears to be a human form exactly where I saw it next to the monument and the top portion is yellow in color. Is this the "yellow man" that people report? Of course I can't be sure, but on the other hand I don't think the stories of a "yellow" man are far fetched. In fact, at the time I didn't know about the story of the yellow man, so it was kind of exciting to read about it later.

The story I found this year states that someone else was about to take a photograph but was caught off guard by someone dressed in yellow. But they weren't able to get a photograph of the figure.  :(  It would have been great to compare images at some point!

Do note, I was using one of the first generation digital cameras that came out by Polaroid and the resolution was fixed at 320x240. That is very poor resolution compared to todays standards and it isn't exactly something you go around posting on the Internet. But I consider it worthy research material and it was good enough for me to look at on the view finder and easily compare the shot with what was really in the background during those moments. If I didn't see a human figure I would have easily just dismissed it and went about my routine of photographing the area. But actually seeing a figure changes everything... Good times :)

Now, you did ask the question about the yellow man and I'm obviously up to answering. But there is a catch if you come asking to see the photograph I have... See, I can release it, but in my opinion I will only be tainting things and opening the doorway to possible hoaxes even if what I have isn't the same figure being reported. I would love to show it as it may get other people to come forward if they have something similar. I truly have mixed feelings  :| But I don't intend on keeping it locked up forever so there's hope :)

It's all good not to show a pic... I know you like to play it close for good reasons :)
I was just intrigued. It kind of reminds me of something from a time when I was there, but I can't put my finger down on the memory of what it was. I've heard about a lot of stuff at BG, but hadn't heard of a yellow man before, though a yellow man could account for some of the stories I've heard. Lol, with as many ghostie folks of different types running around, one would think all pics would catch at least one :)
From what I've heard (correct me if I'm wrong) theres "monkish" figures, a farmer with cart, a hunter/woodsman type, at least a couple of females that have been described differently, a yellow man, a whole slew of "don't know what it was, but it was a figure" type things... I think there have been claims of an old man or woman appearing with the houses or near the foundations, but I can't remember for sure on that one. And I'm not sure if the phantom vehicle would count as a person (driver) or car... From some dubious sources, I've even heard of various kinds of soldiers and indians wandering around the area. I'm probably forgetting about others.
Not sure if some of the disappearing modern people stories are ghosts, or mundane things.
At this point in time if you added it all up, there are probably more ghosts floating around than corpses in the ground, hahaha.

I personally with a friend have captured alot of really unexplainable pics, voice recordings of a young girl, and actual video footage of shadows running. Orbs shooting at weird angles, and a clear orb shooting at us while we are standing by the video camera. The best is a white cloud that seems to be twirling in the cemetery. the entire place was filled with this cloud. all we felt was a chill. The camera caught this. My friend and I are skeptics at heart. Just lately we cannot explain these rare occasions. Am I a believer now. Yes! In what? Not sure. We have footage of  the weeds moving dramatically next the the Fulton grave. No wind. very calm morning. Then our recordewr captured a young girl asking us a ?. This has me back there every weekend trying to get to the bottom of this question. we may one day share these finds with people. For now we are still a little set back ourselves.  also does anyone know of any old stories of a girl named Heather, or any stories of young girls that may have had a tramatic ending????
